Telescopic Chute

The Telescopic Chute is also called telescopic loading spout or simply loading spout. The application of the equipment is to control /containment of (fugitive dust) dust emitted during the loading of bulk solids material from height. The telescopic action of the spout helps dust-free loading during various applications like heaping or stockpiling, loading of ships and barges, loading of open trucks or bulkers, etc. Automated warehouses for bulk solids also need telescopic loading spouts for maintaining a clean and dust-free environment.

Telescopic Loading Spout

Telescopic loading spout are conceived and designed in house. High quality inputs like steed plates/sheets, alloy steel bar material are fabricated /machined and assembled by skilled manpower along with quality bought out items like electric motor/gearbox, instruments, bellows, panel board and many more. Attention is given to minutest detail to ensure reliable & trouble free operation. Equipments are manufactured using good manufacturing practice.

Laid down inspection and QAP (Quality assurance plan) are strictly adhered to, right from sourcing of various inputs to final no load trial and dispatch. Aegis telescopic loading spout satisfy all the criteria to provide technically sound, cost effective and reliable solution for suppressing/containing fugitive dust during open truck/ bulker loading and stock piling application.

Apart from available standard models, Aegis manufactures customized telescopic loading spout as per the application and need of the client. The material of construction can be MS, SS304/SS316, SAILHARD/UTTAMHARD, HARDOX 200, HARDOX 400 etc., depending on size of lump, property of material like abrasiveness/corrosiveness etc. Telescopic loading spout manufactured in India by Aegis is motorized with complete automation features and sensors. Manual telescopic loading spout can also be provided if required.

AEGIS Offers telescopic loading spout with integral dust collection system for more efficient dust control. The filter type used is cartridge filters. The mechanism of cleaning of dust collector is reverse pulse jet. In case where there is less space between the discharge point and the floor, a unitary type dust collector (either mobile or fixed) can be provided for dust control. Loading spouts manufactured by AEGIS have been rigorously tested and supplied to various prestigious clients all over India and abroad.

Casing

Precision fabricated out of is 2062 plate material and structural steel sections.

Inner cones /cylinders

Precision fabricated out of MOC as per material to be handling/discharged and criticality of operation. Contact part MOC can be MS, SS-304/SS-306, SAILHARD/UTTAMHARD /HARDOX 2OO/HARDOX 400.

Winching Arrangement

Precision machined / grooved drum with alloy steel shaft duly assembled inside the casing.

Bellows

Manufactured out of neoprene hypalon/multifilament fabric with circular steel reinforcement and flanges.

Instruments

Rotary gear limit switch.
Proximity sensor ( for closed bulker loading)

Electric motor

Squirrel cage brake motor with electrically released, mechanically applied brake is used.

SELECTION OF TELESCOPIC CHUTE
