All machines are designed and manufactured using standard codes and practice. Laid down inspection and QAP (Quality Assurance Plan) is strictly adhered to, right from sourcing of various inputs to final trial and dispatch of the conveyor.

Telescopic conveyor is constructed with a fixed and a sliding portion for telescopic action. Because of the controlled length due to telescopic action, telescopic conveyor can go into the inside of truck/containers and give access to loading and unloading operation. Telescopic Conveyor is ideal for use in large-sized logistic storage areas.
AEGIS manufactures high quality Telescopic Conveyors with reliable and durable operation. Telescopic Conveyors manufactured by AEGIS comes in 9 models in order to suit various applications for loading and unloading of small trucks to large 40 feet containers. They come with varying length and belt width, varying belt speeds, varying boom length and other salient features. The control mechanism is user friendly and can be customized as per need of the user.

Extended length available from 5500 mm to 14600 mm. Retracted length range from 3500 mm to 5600 mm
Belt of 2 ply, Rubber (nylon reinforce) PVC / with top cover and ade-quate load rating and with belt width of 400/500/600/700/800 mm
Telescopic boom extension & retraction speed of 18 meters per minute.
Variable belt speed through VFD drive in the range of 10 meters per minute to 50 meters per minute or even higher, if required.

Two coats of primer and paint coat is applied after proper surface cleaning and preparation. Paint shade can be as per customer’s require-ment.
NOTE: Telescopic Conveyor can be supplied along with set of supplementary conveyor system to mechanize handling within the warehouse, like mobile floor conveyors, stacker, floor to floor conveyors, etc.
