Fuel Handling System
Fuel Handling System is used for processing and handling of various types of solid fuels which are used to run FBC boilers, moving floor/pulse grating boilers, hot air generators and other systems where fuel of specific size is required.

Fuel Processing & Handling System
Fuel Handling System includes raw fuel receiving, crushing, screening, conveying, storage & reclaiming of fuel. Fuel reclaiming includes specialized designed Live Bottom Silo for non-free flowing fuel from storage silo/hopper to the boiler. The system includes all auxiliary equipment needed for specific, specialized & exacting requirement of the entire system.
A typical Fuel Handling System comprises the following equipment/components :
- Feed hopper with grizzly and out flow control gate
- Vibratory feeder or belt feeder.
- Feed belt conveyor with magnetic separator
- Vibratory screen (Primary / Secondary)
- Crusher (Impactor / Roller)
- Recycling belt conveyor or bucket elevator
Bunker feeding equipment with any one of the following options:
- Troughing belt conveyor
- High angle belt conveyor
- Bucket elevator
- Drag chain conveyor
- Pneumatic conveying
- system for small capacity plants
Motor Control center (M.C.C.) – Relay based OR PLC based
