Apart from available standard models, Aegis manufactures customized telescopic loading spouts as per the application and need of the client. The material of construction can be MS, SS304/SS316, SAILHARD/UTTAMHARD, HARDOX 200, HARDOX 400, etc., depending on the size of the lump, property of material like abrasiveness/corrosiveness, and dust content. AEGIS offers telescopic loading spouts with an integral dust collection system for more efficient dust control. The filter type used is cartridge filters. The mechanism of cleaning the dust collector is a reverse pulse jet. In cases where there is less space between the discharge point and the floor, a unitary-type dust collector (either mobile or fixed) can be provided for dust control.
